Be healthy, be happy

Hai, anak-anak pintar, minggu lalu kalian sudah mempelajari tentang label. Masih ingat bukan? Coba apa pengertian dan fungsinya?...Iya benar, label adalah bagian dari produk berupa keterangan baik gambaratau kata-kata yang berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi produk misalnya berat, penggunaan,tanggal kadaluarsa, dan produsen.Maka untuk memilih produk yang sehat dan aman, menghindari efek berbahaya dan mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik, kalian perlu meneliti terlebih dahulu label yang tertera dalam kemasan terlebih dahulu.

Dari uraian di atas kalian bisa menyimpulkan bahwa fungsi sebuah label adalah untuk memberikan informasi lebih terperinci (detailed information) tentang sebuah produk.

Dalam pertemuan kemarin sudah disampaikan beberapa contoh label yaitu label obat, makanan, dan minuman.
Nah, untuk pertemuan kali ini akan mengulang  kembali pembahasan label obat. Masih semangatkan anak- anak....mari kita simak materi ya.....

The example of the parts of a medcine label :

Brand of drug	The brand of the drug is Sipalas.
Name of drug	The name of the drug chlidren’s Acetaminophen.
Description of drug	It is pain reliever, fever reducer, alcohol free, aspirin free, and sugar free.
Conyent/amount	The package contains four hundred and seventy three mililitres of one pint.
Use(s)	The drug is used to relieve minot aches and pains due to the common cold, flu, headache, sore throat, and toothache. It also temporarily reduces fever.
Directions to use & dosage	These are the directions and the dosages to use the drug : 1.     Do not take more than directed (see overdose warning). 2.       If needed, repeat dose every four hours or as directed by a doctor. 3.       Do not give more than five doses in twenty five hours. 4.        Children under two years (under twenty four pounds): ask a doctor. 5.       Children two to three years (twenty four  to thirty five pounds): one teaspoonful (five mililitres). 6.       Children four to five years (thirty six to forty seven pounds): one and a half teaspoonful (seven and a half mililitres).
Direction to store	These are the directions to store the drug: -          Keep out of reach of children. -          Store at room temperature 20-25◦C (68-77◦F).
Expiration date	There is no information about the expiration date.
